Because the kid just wants your attention. And she said it was she just did it, we cut up all the vegetables before we went before I went, I did that. And so it was like easy just to sort of throw it all in that was there thinking when she said it was still so hard, but what she didn't realise, but body was demanding her attention. And she, you know, said to him darling on for the finish this food. And so she and and what she was doing normally was, as soon as he's demanding attention, you do it instantly. Like he wants your attention you like he turned in every thing gets distracted of what you're doing, you get not focused on what you were doing. And you now focus on the kids just like, it's like when they cry. It's like a fucking alarm siren with inside you this weird internal thing where you need to come to the rescue of your kid. But if you ignore them, but if you just don't give them the attention, they will be all right. And so that's something that was hard because she's by herself. But she would not know that and have that internal realisation. If she was in the situation,
